Malaysian jewellers visit NDSpace 3D’s latest DLP high-precision printer and White wax resin

Recently, at the Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair from 29th February to 4th March, we welcomed several customers to visit us, not only to learn more about the strengths of our factory, but also for the jewellery printers with DLP digital mask technology, which we have been researching and manufacturing for almost two years. In the meantime, we spent a complete reception programme with a famous jeweller in Malaysia.

During this visit, we had an in-depth look at the development of our high wax content DLP white wax resin (burns without smoke and ash), and examined our DLP printers, which took 730 days and nights to manufacture, and which aspire to achieve the same quality as the world’s No.1 DLP printer, the Envision, at an even better price.

Ⅰ 13:00 – 14:00 : Arranging a special car to pick up customers

Ⅱ 14:00 – 14:30 : Arrival and Welcome at NDSpace 3D Factory

• Visit our state-of-the-art 3D printing resin raw material storage, manufacturing and post-processing areas. Get a closer look at our technology and processes.

• Group photo.
• Check out the DLP Oxygen Delivery Technology jewellery white wax printer, see the details of a jewellery model and learn about the effects of sinter casting!

This printer is the first DLP jewellery white wax resin printer we have built as a test engineering machine and has seen many customer models printed, the machine will eventually be further designed and modified to be more aesthetically pleasing.

• View the model just printed, cleaned, and cured. Find out how the ash will be hard when cured, without any shrinkage while curing, ensuring the accuracy of the final model.

Ⅳ 16:00 – 17:30 : Tea Break. Problem solving, determining printing requirements, etc

• Preparation of Chinese Kung Fu Tea, use of magnifying glass, calipers to check the accuracy of the products, burning of white wax to see the results
• Interact with our team members and ask questions about the tour.
• Provide solutions and technical solutions for our clients’ future business.

Ⅴ 18:00 – 20:30 :  Free communication and Dinner

• Dinner together, a dinner with Chinese specialities is arranged to increase communication and exchanges and deepen emotions.

Ⅵ 21:00 – 22:30 :  Return to the Customer Hotel
